On Wednesday, March 3rd, 2010, at Hotel Indonesia Kempinsiki, BJ Habibie gave his keynote address at the 17th anniversary celebration of the daily newspaper Republika.
In his keynote speech, BJ Habibie highlighted that the press should have balanced freedom and obligations, increased professionalism and have consistent mission. The event was attended by several cabinet ministers, including Coordinating Minister for People's Welfare Agung Laksono, Minister of Education, M. Nuh, and Communications and Information Technology Minister Tifatul Sembiring.
